Complementary Therapies
Complementary therapies are often used alongside or integrated into conventional medical treatments to help support those going through illness and enhance the quality of their life and their wellbeing. These therapies assist to control pain, anxiety, fatigue and generally enhance the body’s ability to recover from illness.
Reiki
As a fully trained Reiki Master (Usui method) and a member of the Australia Reiki Connection (ARC) Helen offers Reiki sessions to improve a person’s general health and wellbeing. Reiki is a non-invasive healing method that enhances the body’s natural healing abilities to relieve pain; reduce stress, anxiety, nausea and fatigue. It’s especially good post-surgery or in helping to manage medical treatments such as chemotherapy as it increases energy and vitality and aids in relaxation.
Hypnotherapy
Helen uses hypnotherapy to help people reach their full potential by changing habits, patterns, fears and belief systems that prevent them from living a full and happy life. The hypnotherapy sessions are tailored to meet a person’s individual needs and can help them to overcome:

Creative Visualisation
Creative visualisation (also known as guided imagery) is a therapy that uses the power of imagery and imagination to generate and improve the quality of thoughts and emotions, as well as enhance wellbeing and quality of life.
